Racoon

Finding raccoons on our deck was the inspiration for this one. 

We found out this raccoon had a brood of babies. 

Union Square: People Sketch

I sketched these people in Union Square a couple of days ago.

I named this character Max. He's a little shy and awkward like any teenage kid.

Mad Scientist: Character Sketch

I was inspired by the graphic 1950's style (Hanna Barbera/UPA Era).

It's October and horror movies are all around. If this Mad Scientist's potion won't harm you, his knife will! Morbid I know. I'm actually a chicken and can't watch scary movies with my eyes open!

Mary Poppins: Character Design

I had fun remembering how many times I watched this movie when I was a kid.

I wanted to catch Mary P in a whimsical pose because she was very magical.

App Presentation for The Robinhood Foundation

I had the opportunity to work with Derick Chan and Jamie Govoni on an educational app competition sponsored by The Robinhood Foundation. These were two of the slides we used in our presentation.

We have a cozy apartment in the city. It's perfect for our little family.

On the right day the sunlight hits the front windows. Our front door is actually tucked underneath the staircase. Oh city living, we love it.

Character Sketch: Mr. Pugsy

Mr. Pugsy is a little shy and hesitant. He's a little insecure about his looks. Little does he know that he's the cutest dog around.

Painting Rough Sketch: Tree House

I loved dreaming about my own tree house when I was a kid. I would have overcome my fear of heights for the right tree house.

Fluffy was inspired by my dog Malcolm. His "fluffy" side comes out when he doesn't want to get off the couch or the bed.

I had the opportunity to create an illustration for C.Fox Communications, who are based in Maryland. They moved offices and needed an illustration for their announcements.

I had the honor of working with Carrie Fox the founder of C.Fox:Communications for change. C.Fox is a PR firm that works to better our society by promoting socially conscious organizations.
